Honorary commitment of PATERIS in the High School inventors’ clubs in Bavaria

PATERIS is actively involved in the High School inventors’ clubs in Bavaria in an honorary capacity.

Dr. Michaela Elbel, partner of PATERIS: „I had this idea when I saw the kids and teenagers presenting their developments at the “Querdenker” conference in November 2012. PATERIS supports the inventors’ clubs because we believe that every kid deserves support, but also because we have seen that the high school students make economically viable inventions in the inventors’ clubs. These inventions need patent protection in order to evolve to marketable products. Here we can contribute to society and make a difference – this matches our philosophy.“

The inventors’ clubs aim to supporting creative thinking and independent working and encourages the students to present and to develop ideas by drawing and construction. The clubs are open to high school students of all ages. In the inventors’ clubs, the students gain technical and social skills that are useful for their future work life, including working in a team, organising projects and presenting their own ideas verbally and in writing.
