Award at SIEgER competition

Award for a family-friendly working environment in Munich:

PATERIS wins award for regional best-practice company at the “SIEgER” competition 2013 of the Bavarian state government

PATERIS was awarded a prize at the “SIEgER” competition 2013 in the category “small companies“ (up to 50 employees) for providing an exemplary family friendly working environment. The competition is organized by the Bavarian State Ministry of Employment and Social Order, the Family and Women.

The State Ministry stated: “Today’s qualified employees – women just as men – aim at combining family and working life and choose their employer accordingly. For this reason, besides the salary, they also seek flexible working times and true family friendliness within the company. Our “SIEgER” competition shows that many companies have understood this and provide an attractive framework for their employees adapted to their individual life situations. When the focus is on the human, companies not only win the best brains, they also score on the job market and in the global competition!“

111 institutions and companies based in Bavaria participated in the “SIEgER” competition 2013. For every administrative district of Bavaria, independent jurors elected the best-practice companies. In Upper Bavaria, eight companies were awarded in total.
